安装

2. 创建 conda 环境

conda create -n inter python=3.8 -y

3. 安装依赖

pip install -r requirements.txt -i https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple 

pip install gradio==3.40.0 -i https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple

手动安装说明

# install the python dependencies
pip install -U -r requirements.txt "transformers>=4.39.0" autoawq
# OR install the python dependencies for the alt version
pip install -U -r requirements.txt "transformers==4.36.2"
# run the server with your chosen model
python vision.py --model vikhyatk/moondream2

在算力平台AutoDL遇到的报错：

解决方法需要运行 ：

conda init bash

解压zip文件

unzip filename.zip

unzip filename.zip -d /path/to/directory
 

ls -lh example.zip
显示文件大小
