更新的问题

1、修改了Job Summary的Bill Amount的Bug。

2、修改了Account #的宽度。

3、修改了Clearinghouse Status的默认查询的条件。

4、修改了Upload Files的Add File的bug。

5、Pending Pool、Missing Infos加了Write Off，修改了Historical Jobs查询和导出（Write Off状态）。

6、Pending Pool、Online Billing、Missing Infos加了Notes。

7、Pending Pool、Online Billing、Missing Infos加了Check。

另：

CMS1500的打印边距的问题：

Chrome下点击右侧的打印按钮

在这里修改纸张的类型（Letter）。

改变“适合页面大小”（点击时就会发现，打印的内容的位置会发生变化）。

服务器更新

RD服务器更新了，更新的文件放在190的D:\Temp\CHTeam\fnehr_update_20161222\下了。

后续计划

1.       We had backend program to import patient Demographics/Insurance and Superbill from “SAMS”.  We need to add option to this program to import different file format for other doctors.  We have two doctors using “Amazing chart” software (account 0851, and account 0852).  Amazing Chart is kind of popular in Dr. office now, same as us it has “Drummond Group” EHR 2011, 2014 Stage 1,2 certification, so it has Import/export functions such as CCDA/CCR/CCD etc.   Currently, we can export the multi-patient schedule info (by date range) with patient demographics, insurance appointment etc (See screen capture) and attached the file.  Also we can export “superbill” from Amazing Chart with “EDI-837”, “CMS 1500”, “plain Text” and even “OfficeAlly” file format (See the zip file),  we will discuss which format is best for us.  I think EDI 837 will be good standard format since we can export to EDI 837 then it will be better if we can import EDI 837 too.   Once we can import this XML file and EDI 837 into our system, then Yoyo team do not need to manually upload and index the pending job list anymore.  

2.       CMS 1500 Printout margin, I have tried uncheck the Option “Fix Into Page”, it removed some extra printing margin.  But still a little bit off, need to reduce the margins a little bit more.  Also because the image I sent to you before was captured by my cellphone, the horizontal line is not really horizontal (it kind of goes up).   I have attached a PDF file which I downloaded from Internet.  This PDF file should work much better.  Please use this one to adjust your background image and print layout.

3.       Please continue to building “Fee structure” under each account as we discussed before.

4.       Please continue finish the “Send Fax” module

5.       Please continue “post payment”, and also continue the “upload file” for 0852 (Terri will send you more detailed instruction).  Hopefully, you don’t have to do it for 0851 and only do partial for 0852.
