这是一篇英语四级翻译的练习的专栏，如果相信我的话就将这篇专栏的所有翻译背诵完，你的翻译将会有质的变化。这句话是我背完32篇翻译真题原文后总结出的答案，四级已过，589分，翻译应该接近满分了~可以试试，我之前翻译也很差，但练完确实收获很多，基本上考点都是一样的。

四级翻译评分标准分析及真题解析

四级翻译评分标准

四级翻译部分采用采点给分的方法，即根据错误的多少扣除相应分数。满分为15分，根据译文的准确性和流畅性分为六个档次：

13-15分：译文准确表达了原文的意思。用词贴切，行文流畅，基本无语言错误，仅有个别小错。
10-12分：译文基本上表达了原文的意思。文字通顺、连贯，无重大语言错误。
7-9分：译文勉强表达了原文的意思。用词欠准确，语言错误相当多，其中有些是严重语言错误。
4-6分：译文仅表达了一小部分原文的意思。用词不准确，有相当多的严重语言错误。
1-3分：译文支离破碎。除个别词语或句子，绝大部分文字没有表达原文意思。
0分：未作答，或只有几个孤立的词，或译文与原文毫不相关。

原文：改革开放以来，中国人的饮食(dit)发生了显著变化。过去由于经济落后，食品种类有限、数量不足，人们仅仅满足于吃得饱。如今中国经济快速发展，食品不仅更加丰富多样，质量也大幅提高。随着生活水平不断提升，人们对饮食的要求越来越高，更加注重吃得营养健康。因此，目前市场上推出的低脂、低糖、有机食品受到人们的普遍欢迎。

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese people's diet has undergone significant changes. In the past, due to economic backwardness, there was a limited variety of food and insufficient quantity, and people were only satisfied with having enough to eat. Nowadays, with China's rapid economic development, food is not only more diverse but also of much higher quality. As living standards continue to improve, people have higher and higher dietary requirements, focusing more on healthy eating. Therefore, low-fat, low-sugar, and organic foods have become very popular in the market.
