二、脚手架与组件开发
1.通过vue-cli创建vue项目
npm --version //查看npm版本

npm i @vue/cli -g //下载vue-cli脚手架

vue create 项目名 //创建vue项目(命令行创建)
vue ui //创建vue项目(通过图形界面进行创建)

如果本地要使用,可以通过 先npm i serve -g(启动静态资源服务器),再serve dist(启动指定目录下的代码)
