,但是实质最大值只能是Integer.MAX_VALUE
(2147483647);该属性实质在fwk中是Integer保存,获取方式mScreenOffTimeoutSetting = Settings.System.getIntForUser(resolver, Settings.System.SCREEN_OFF_TIMEOUT, DEFAULT_SCREEN_OFF_TIMEOUT, UserHandle.USER_CURRENT);
